Independence chart………….Transit Uranus (Retro) exactly conjunct the 10th cusp. Transit Neptune (retro) is semi-square to the 10th cusp.
Uranus and Neptune are very slow moving planets, hence its effect will be there for long time till first quarter of 2018.
Conclusion
1. Massive changes expected in Govt,
2. Some senior leader in the Govt may expire,
3. Govt’s image will take a major beating (already taken a beating due to many recent incidents),
4. The changes in the government will not give results
5. Govt will face backlash from its own ministers
6. The performance of the Govt will not be good
