This is my third article on the subject. After these two articles the relationship is just not getting resolved and it is only getting worse day by day. We have seen since March 2016 the tensions at the LOC have increased manifold and it is just like a war. We also heard the surgical strikes carried out by India at the terrorist camps and India was successful in eliminating them partially. Recently, J & K approved construction of bunkers with a budget of Rs. 50 crores. These bunkers are supposed to be helpful for the residents to hide themselves in case of full-fledged future war if at all it will take place. Now, we will study with the help of progressed chart for the period 2016 – 2017 based on August 15, 2016. This will be applicable for the period up to August 15, 2017.

A close look at the above charts looks very serious and it is sure to escalate further and there will surely be a war between India and Pakistan. The 3rd house of the nation chart signifies neighboring countries and treaties with them. It rules over transportation and all the means of transit whether it is by land air or water, and the communication system like postal, telegraph, radio, telephone, television and all the media. It also represents libraries and public education generally. It governs all the matters signified by communications, information technology, broadcasting, transport, highways, railways and tourism ministry. Any adverse aspect to the 3rd house will escalate into a war for sure and also adversely affect all the significations of 3rd house as mentioned above. It will give rise to accidents in all forms of communications and transport sector. There will be more stricter controls on the media by the Government.
In the above progressed chart (the left side placidus chart in the 3rd picture) the 3rd house cusp is at 25 Virgo 01. This cusp is square (adverse aspect) to natal Herschel at 25 Gemini 11. Herschel is lord of 10th (government) in the 1st house but on cusp of 2nd house in natal chart. The square aspect is an adverse aspect and it shows sudden turn of negative events beyond the control of India. Herschel denotes all latest equipment used in warfare. It denotes fierce. Similarly, the 9th house of foreign affairs in the progressed house cusp at 25 Pisces 01 is also square to Herschel at 25 Gemini 11. The 9th house denotes the signifies law courts, judges, clergy, religious majority, legal departments, matters relating to religion, temples, churches, publishing, universities and those connected with them, emigration and immigration, import and export of the nation. It governs all the matters signified by law and justice ministry. Since the progressed 9th house is getting adverse aspect from Herschel all the above signification stated against the 9th house are going to get affected negatively. The tensions between the Government is going to get worse. We can expect the judiciary getting into dubious deals and thereby getting defamed. The tension between religious communities will rise and creating communal tension. The countries export/import indices will go negative. There will be changes in Law ministry or negative major developments will take place.
While we read the progressed chart the simultaneous aspect of transit will further aggrevate it. If we study the current transits,the transit Hercshel is at 24 Aries 24 and that too retrograde. Herschel is the slow moving planet and its effect will be for a long period. The transit Herschel at 24 Aries 24 is quincunx (adverse aspect) to progressed 3rd house cusp at 25 Virgo 01. The transit Jupiter at 24 Virgo 25 is conjunct the progressed 3rd cusp. The transit Jupiter’s benefit of conjunction will be available only for a few days as it will forward. But, the transit Herschel is presently retrograde and it will turn direct motion from Decemeber 29, 2016. It is from here that tensions are going to escalate. From the end of 1st quarter of 2017 the transit Herschel will be in exact quincunx to progressed 3rd house cusp.
Conclusion:
From the above, it is clear that the current period and the coming period are not at all conducive for amicable relationship with Pakistan. Matters will surely precipitate in the days to come and it will escalate from the month of December 2016. So to conclude the period up to August 2017 we will surely see a full fledge war with Pakistan. The period to watch for closely is replacement of Military Chief of Pakistan, Raheel Sharif on or before November 29, 2016. In addition to the Indo-Pak relations, the accidents in the transportation sector will be more and severe. There will be more stricter controls imposed on Media industry by the government. The major rail accident at Kanpur on 20th November, 20116 is nothing but the result of the above configuration.
