Conclusion (For detailed astrological analysis read the analysis section):

Between Dec 2022 to March 2023. During this time, the CM will have fights/disputes within his allies and supporters. During this time his health also will get affected.

Analysis:

Eknath Sambhaji Shinde (born 9 February 1964) is an Indian politician currently serving as the 20th Chief Minister of Maharashtra. He was earlier the Cabinet Minister of Urban Development and Public Works (Public Undertakings) in the Government Of Maharashtra. He is a Member of Legislative Assembly from Kopri-Pachpakhadi constituency of Thane, Maharashtra. He has been elected consecutively for 4 terms in the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly in 2004, 2009, 2014 and 2019.

He took oath on June 30, 2022 at 7.35 pm at Mumbai. The chart is given below. I am not privy to his individual chart. Hence, all predictions are based on the below Oath chart. In my analysis, I am not considering Simhasan chakra and Kota chakra.

The day when Oath was taken it was a Thursday. It is ruled by Jupiter. The tithi was Shukla Dwitiya. Hence, the rashis Sagittarius and Pisces becomes Tithi Shunya. The day lord Jupiter, who also becomes the Asc lord and the 4th lord (throne) is in Pisces, a tithi shunya rashi. The Asc is also a tithi shunya rashi. Hence, the whole chart becomes weak.

The day when Oath was taken the yoga was Vyaghata yoga. In this yoga, Purvashada becomes a Yogi nakshatra. Any planet in this nakshatra will give favorable results. The Asc falls in this Purvashada star, however, it loses strength as the Asc, Sagittarius is tithi shunya.

The Avayogi nakshatra is Punarvasu. Any planet in this nakshatra will give malefic results. Additionally, in any chart Moon is also important. Moon is in Ava yogi nakshatra. Hence, Moon is also weak and it is in the 8th house, a malefic house. Moon is in 00.35 deg in Cancer. Saturn (which is 3rd lord and retrograde) is in Aquarius at 00.33 deg. Hence, Moon and Saturn treated as conjunction, giving rise to Punarbhoo dosha. Punarbhoo dosha gives all kinds of failures in life, mental anxiety, health issues, etc.

The 7th lord (signifying allies and Partners in Government) is Mercury. Mercury is also the 10th lord of Governance and Government. Mercury is in Taurus at 27.10 deg in the 6th house (fights). The Rahu/Ketu are at 25.48 degrees. Since, Mercury is within 3.20 of Rahu/Ketu, it becomes extremely weak. So, there will be fights amongst the allies and partners. Governance will become weak. The CM will not be able to keep up his words/promise (Mercury) with his rebel MLAs and further, BJP can also go back on their promises to the CM.

The dasa is of Jupiter, which is in Pisces, a tithi shunya rashi. From the dasa nath, Jupiter, the Sun (lord of 9th from Asc and 6th from dasa nath) is in the 4th house (throne) in Gemini. This Sun is at 14.36 deg. The transit Ketu is approaching in Libra to afflict the Sun. Presently, transit Ketu is in Libra at 25.36 deg. It has already begun its affliction to Sun in Gemini and it will be at its maximum affliction between Dec 2022 to March 2023. During this time, he will have fights/disputes within his allies and supporters. During this time his health also will get affected. During this time the transit Rahu will afflict the Asc degree which is at 19.04 deg in Sagittarius. Jupiter is also in weak papa-kartari yoga, being between Saturn and Mars/Rahu. Additionally, Jupiter which is at 13.16 deg in Pisces is very close degreecally to Maandi in Taurus at 13.43 deg. So, Jupiter becomes extremely weak.

The antar dasa is of Mars from June 14, 2022 to May 21, 2023. From Mars, the 9th lord (status, Bhagya, name, fame, etc) is Sun, which is in the 11th house (counting in reverse order from Mars as Mars is in Ashwini star). This Sun, as stated earlier is under affliction from transit Ketu. Hence, the above period from Dec 2022 to Mar 2023 will be very critical and Government will fall during this period.
