Conclusion:
The present period is not good for him and his magic wand will not work from June 2018 to April 2019.

Analysis:
We will be facing many state elections whose results will be coming through from December 11, 2018 for 5 major States and thereafter the Lok Sabha Elections of 2019 in April/May 2019. Since, Amit Shah is the main vote manufacturing machine for BJP, let us analyse the chart of his. His chart is given below.

The Asc is Virgo and the Asc lord Mercury is in 2nd house along with the debilitated Sun. There is exchange between Moon and Mars. However, Mars after exchange is in 8th house and Moon in the 11 house. The dasa is of Rahu/Sun from June 2018 till April 2019.

The dasanath Rahu is well placed in Gemini an upachaya house. Malefics in upachaya house is good placement. From Moon, Rahu is placed in 3rd house and again in upachaya house. Its sign lord Mercury is placed in 2nd house from Asc along with debilitated Sun. The antara lord Sun is in the 2nd house from Asc and in 7th house (public image) from Moon. Sun is in the star of Mars which is debilitated in Cancer in the 11th house from Asc. Mars is lord of 8th house (obstacles) from Asc and 8th house from Moon too. From the dasanath Rahu, Sun is in the 5th house. Sun is the planet of politics and signifies the status. Sun is weak. The Sun is also the 22nd Drekkana lord from Asc. The Sun is also transiting in the 8th house from Moon. As per present transit from Moon, Saturn is in 9th house, Jupiter is in 8th house, and Rahu is in the 4th house. All these major planets are badly placed in transit. Therefore the planets are not in favour of him till April 2019.
