- There will be pressure on revenues like GST and other types of revenues.
Analysis
The New year, which is known as Chaitra Shukla Pratipada occurs when Sun and Moon conjuncts in the sign Pisces. This happens on April 12, 2021 at 8:00.48 am at Delhi. The chart is given below for the new year.
There is 60 year cycle which gets repeated in a particular sequence year after year. This year is known as “Plava” year. As per the Varshaprabhodh text, the Plava year gives plenty of rain. The people will be distressed due to diseases and there will be unhappiness due to fear.
Now, let us go to the specifics of the new year chart. In any Samvatsar (New year chart) there Anga (Parts), and Fruits (Phal) of the year. The nakshatras Kritikka and Rohini are the Body (Deha) of the Samvatsar. The nakshatras Purvashada and Uttarashada are the Navel (Nabhi). The nakshatras Ashlesha and Magha are the Heart (Hruday) and Flower (Pushp), respectively.
When any natural malefic planets in the new year chart are found in the above parts, then specific results are seen.
In the 2021 New Year chart, there are no planets in Kritikka. However, there are planets in Rohini which is Rahu. Due to this there will be fear from wind in the body. In the Purvashada there are no planets. In the Uttarashada there are no traditional planets and but Pluto (this is not taken in vedic astrology, but let us consider as it is one of the dire malefic planet) is there. It is said that when there are natural malefic planets in the Navel (Nabhi), then, there will be danger from hunger, famine, etc. There are no planets in the nakshatras of Ashlesha and Magha.
The next indicator is the weekday of the new year, which is known as KING of the year. The KING controls the full year. Hence the effect of it will be very prominent during the year. The weekday is Monday, ruled by Moon. It is said that, when the weekday rising is Moon, then the following results are seen;
“People will be happy, plenty of rains, agriculture will be good, kings/leaders will prosper and rise, and all diseases of people will vanish”
Now, the next is the Mantri (Minister) of the year. This is based on the Sun’s ingress into Aries sign. This happens on April 14, 2021 at 2:32:42 am at Delhi. The week day on this date is taken as the Mantri (Minister). The week day is Tuesday ruled by Mars.
The result is that…”People will be unhappy due to various diseases, but cows will give plenty of milk due to which people will be happy”
The King of the year is the ruler, and its results will be felt in maximum and this will drive the results of the whole year. The effect of the Minister of the year will also be felt, but the results of King of the year will over power the Minister of the year.
Now the next is the Food Grains (Sashyesh) of the year. This is the lord of weekday of the Karka Sankrant (Sun’s entry into Cancer). This will happen on July 16, 2021 at 16:53:34 for Delhi. The weekday is Friday ruled by Venus. When the weekday is Venus, then following results are seen.
“There will be plenty of rains. Growth of wheat, rice, sugar cane, priyangu, dhan will be good and trees/plants will be full of flowers”
The next is again the Food grains (Dhanyesh) of the year. The difference between the Sasyesh and Dhanyesh, is the Grains produced during summer season (like Barley, wheat, etc) will fall under the group of Sasyesh and Dhanyesh will be the grains like Moonga, Bajri, etc. This is the lord of weekday of the Dhanu Sankrant (Sun’s entry into Sagittarius). This will happen on December 16, 2021 at 03.44.10 for Delhi. The weekday is Wednesday ruled by Mercury. When the weekday is Mercury, then following results are seen.
“There will be heavy rains and there will be scanty rainfall in Sindhu desh and Lat region (It is identified with the southern part of the present-day Gujarat state or the Rarh region in West Bengal).”
The next is the Rainfall (Megh Varsh) year. This is the lord of weekday of the Ardra Pravesh chart (Sun’s entry into the nakshatra of Ardra in Gemini). This will happen on June 22, 2021 at 05:38:41 for Delhi. The weekday is Tuesday ruled by Mars. When the weekday is Mars, then following results are seen.
“The Priests will be devoid of vedas. There will be more rains in some regions and less rains in some regions.”
The next is the Juices (Rasesh) year. This is the lord of weekday of the Thula Sankrant (Sun’s entry into Libra). This will happen on October 17, 2021 at 13:12:17 for Delhi. The weekday is Sunday ruled by Sun. When the weekday is Sun, then following results are seen.
“The juices and milk will be less. Clothes, oils and ghee will be very less. The Leaders will be unhappy”.
Further, there are Lunar eclipse on May 26, 2021 and a Solar eclipse on June 10, 2021. Analysis of the New Year chart that is given above.
The Asc rising is Taurus at 4.57 degrees and Rahu and Mars being there. The Asc lord Venus is in the 12th house. There is an exchange between the Asc lord and 12th lord, Venus and Mars. An exchange with malefic houses like 6,8, 12 is not good. The people will generally be discontented. The general sentiment in the country will not be good. The present deaths due to COVID will increase as there is exchange between Asc (people) and 12th house (deaths, hospitals).
The 2nd house signifies the wealth, treasury, financial indices (like GDP, IIP, etc). The lord of the 2nd house is Mercury and it is in the 11th house in debilitation. It is combust and also aspected very closely by Saturn from the 9th house (the badaka sthana). Hence, the financial condition of our country will go through a rough phase.
The 3rd house signifies our bordering countries and the relationship with them, communications sector, etc. The 3rd house has no planet. However, the lord of the 3rd house, Moon is in the 11th house and its close to Sun. It is aspected by Saturn and Ketu. The 3rd house is also aspected by Saturn and Ketu. The Saturn as said earlier is badaka lord and hence its aspect is not good. So, our relationship with China/Pakistan can turn worse in the coming year. The negotiations with them will not yield any results. The airlines industry can face closure due to rising COVID situation.
The 4th house signifies the weather, natural calamities, agriculture, farmers, etc. The 4th house has no planet, However, it is aspected by Jupiter which is in Aquarius at 1.09 degrees which is close to the cusp and Jupiter is the 8th house mooltrikona lord. Hence, the rainfall (as said earlier) will be heavy and farmer protests, calamities will be more. As regards, rainfall, I will be writing as usual my detailed article based on the Ardra pravesh chart later. This is just a broad indication.
The 5th house signifies stock exchange, education sector, film and entertainment industry. The 5th house has no planets. The 5th house is aspected by Sun, Moon, Mercury and Rahu (which is with Mars). The lord of the 5th house is debilitated and aspected by Saturn and Ketu. The 5th house is under affliction and due to this we can see oscillation in the stock markets, some noted film personalities may face health issues or expire. The schools and colleges will be under closure due to rising COVID in many states. The Education ministry will be in a state of confusion.
The 6th house is Libra and it does not have any planet. The lord of the 6th house Venus is in the 12th house and it aspects its own house. So, the 6th house is slightly strong. However, since the lord is gone to the 12th house and got exchanged with the 7th/12th house it is not a good sign. The 6th house is also aspected by Jupiter (the 8th house mooltrikon lord) and its aspect is close to the cusp of the 6th house. Hence, the COVID infections will increase and many states will go under lockdown. The Government will have to take more proactive steps to contain the spread.
The 7th house signifies our relationship with foreign allies, trade partners, etc. The 7th house has Ketu and its aspected by its own lord Mars. As said earlier, there is exchange between Mars and Venus. Its slightly better. Hence, our relationship with our allies will be good and our trade with them will also increase.
The 8th house signifies events happening of mass scale nature, deaths, calamities, taxes, etc. The 8th house is aspected by Mar (which is with Rahu). The 8th house is under papa kartari yoga between Saturn and Ketu. The 8th house lord Jupiter is in the 10th house. The presence of 8th lord (mooltrikon lord) in the 10th house is not good. This indicates that the Government will face challenges. The 8th house is deaths and lord of 8th house Jupiter in the 10th house near the cusp of the 10th house signifies death of some political leaders or one of them will face serious health issues. The Government will resort to additional tax measures in order to meet its ends.
The 9th house signifies judiciary, religion, communalism, etc. The 9th house has its own lord Saturn there and its good feature. It is aspected by Rahu (which is along with Mars). This will not have any negative impact with respect to its significations.
The 11th house signifies the revenues from GST, and other avenues. The 11th house has Sun, Moon and Mercury and its lord Jupiter is in 10th house (12th house to 11th house). The 11th house is aspected by Ketu and Saturn too. Hence, the 11th house is under heavy affliction. Due to this there will be severe pressure on the country finances and this can result in current account deficits increasing as compared to budgeted figures. Due to this the tax burden on the common people will increase due to levy of taxes (both direct and indirect).
