We all witnessed how Nitish Kumar broke the alliance with RJD. When Nitish Kumar took oath with the support of BJP, I had mentioned that the Government will be short-lived and few reasons were mentioned in my Facebook post.

We will now discuss the Oath taking chart in detail. The following is the Oath taking chart.

The Lagna rising is 10 Virgo 10. The Panchang parameters are as follows;

Tithi is Panchami. Its good as its Poorna tithi. The Rashis Gemini and Virgo becomes Shoonya. The lord of the Shoonya tithi and planets placed in the Shoonya lagna looses significance and does not give beneficial results. The Lagna rising is Virgo and the 10th house (the house of Governance) is Gemini. So both getting Shoonya (Zero) are not good.

The day is Thursday ruled by Jupiter and it is in Lagna in Virgo. So it loses its significance. Jupiter is lord of 4th and 7th house. The 4th house is the “Throne” and the 7th house is the house of allies. Here it is going to be difficult for him to maintain ties with his allies (BJP) and also his own people will get separated.

The nakshatra is Uttar Phalguni a Fixed star ruled by Sun. The Sun is in the 11th house along with debilitated Mars in the 11th house. The Mars is lord of 3 and 8 house for the chart and hence malefic. Degreecally the Sun and Mars are close.

The yoga is Parigha. This is a good yoga. The Karana is Bava. This too is good.

The Lagna is chosen is not good as it is Shoonya. The Moon is in the 12th house and in the Rashi-Sandhi. Moon is also conjunct Gulika. These two are also not good.

The Lagna lord and the 10th lord Mercury goes to the 12th house along with Rahu and aspected by retro Saturn. Hence the lagna (his own people or MLAs or Party men) and Government are afflicted. So it is going to be difficult for him to keep his flock together and governance is going to be very difficult.

Let us see the “Simhasan Chakra”.

The Moon is in the Uttarphalguni. This nakshatra falls in Patta. If Moon is placed in higher nadis the power and authority of the King increases. King is strong and has absolute power if Moon is in SIMHASAN. The power of the king is reduced if it is in ADHAAR. Moon in PATTA will give only limited power. In the above case Moon is in Patta and so the power will be very limited and he will be directed at every stage by his alliance partner BJP. Moreover, Moon is afflicted by retrograde Saturn. So the longevity of the chart is reduced to a great extent.

The compressed dasa is of Sun which will go on till September 2017. While calculating the compressed dasa, the years passed from the first oath taking date has been reduced. So the number days left till the completion of balance 5 years is 3 years and 165 days. The government will stay in power till December 2020.

The next dasa will be of Moon which will begin in October 2017. The dasa lord Moon is afflicted as stated above. The transit planet Saturn will move to Sagittarius on October 26, 2017 and by this time the transit Mars will be in Virgo. This period of October/November 2017 will be very crticlal.

Conclusion:

Based on the above,
1. The power of Nitish Kumar will be very limited and he will be controlled by BJP time and again.
2. It will be difficult to handle his allies BJP and its activities will prove difficult for Nitish Kumar
3. Since the Lagna and the 10th house are Shoonya, his own party members will defect him or oppose his move of tying up with BJP and make the governance difficult.
4. The period between October to December 2017 will prove difficult and the Government is likely fall due to his own MLAs defecting him.
