We have seen in various astrology groups articles written by many on Arvind Kejriwal from Vimshottari dasa. I am now writing this article solely from Jaimini Chara dasa.
The following is chart of Arvind Kejriwal.
The lagna rising is Leo with Jupiter, Venus and Mercury all three benefics. So lagna is fortified. The AmK Moon is along with Saturn DK. The AK is Sun in the 12th house. Moon AmK is aspected by several planets from Leo like Jupiter (BK), Mercury (GK) and Venus (MK). In the Dasamsa (D10), the lagna rising is Aquarius. The 10th house Scorpio is aspected by Jupiter (BK), Moon (AmK), Venus (MK), Saturn (DK) and Mars (PK). Thus the 10th house is rendered very strong. In the Navamsa, the lagna rising is Virgo and the 10th house has Mercury (GK) and aspected by Moon (AmK) and Sun (AK). So here as well the 10th house is strong.
Now let us see the timing with respect to dasa in operaion. First let us look at the past events.
Established Aam Aadmi Party on November 26, 2012 and became its National Convenor. The dasa was of Aquarius/Scorpio/Aquarius. In jaimini chara dasa for finer timing of event it is always wiser to apply the prati-antar in the relevant divisional chart. From Aquarius the 10th house is aspected by Moon (AmK), Mars (PK), Sun (AK) and Saturn (DK). All these only strengthens the 10th house. The antara Scorpio is 4th house of simhasana, which is aspected by the above planets Moon, Mars and Sun. From Aquarius, the Sun (AK) is in 6th house which is not good for him from health point of view or any untoward event.
In the Dasamsa, the lagna rising is Aquarius and the 10th house being Scorpio and again the Scorpio is aspected by Jupiter (BK), Moon (AmK), Saturn (DK), Venus (MK) and Mars (PK). Especially aspect of Moon strengthens the 10th house. The Sun (AK) is in the 11th house.

The dasa was Aquarius/Capricorn/Sagittarius. Aquarius has been discussed above. From Capricorn, the Sun (AK) and Mars (PK) is in the 7th house. Moon (AmK) aspects the 11th house. Similarly in D10, the Capricorn has Moon AmK along with two benefics Jupiter and Venus. In the Navamsa, the Sagittarius has Moon Amk and the 10th house from Sagittarius is aspected by Moon AmK and Sun AK. In the dasamsa, the Sagittarius has the Sun AK and 2nd house Capricorn has Moon AmK along with two benefics Jupiter and Venus.
Resigned as Chief Minister on February 14, 2014
The dasa was Aquarius/Capricorn/Libra. In dasamsa Libra has Mercury GK along with Ketu.
The dasa at the time of elections in February 2015 will be Aquarius/Aquarius/Cancer or Leo
We have discussed Aquarius above. The prati-antar of Cancer in natal chart has Sun AK and the 10th house Aries has Moon AMK. In dasamsa, from Leo the 10th house is aspected by Moon AmK and two benefics Jupiter and Venus. The 10th house is also aspected by Mercury GK along with Ketu. This aspect is not good but it is weaker with respect to aspect of 3 benefics.
Conclusion
From the above as far as Jaimini Chara dasa is concerned the dasa is very good for Arvind Kejeriwal to come to power in Delhi.
