India – Scorpio Solar Ingress and New Moon chart of November 16/15, 2020

Conclusion:

The following effects will be seen during the next 30 days from November 16, 2020.

1. The general sentiments will start looking up during this period with few hiccups.
2. The financial indices like GDP will still be under pressure.
3. The negotiations lines with the China will still be on with no major settlement. The support will be there from our foreign allies. There can be some interference from our foreign allies w.r.t negotiations with China.
4. The stock exchanges will see volatility and will test new highs and lows.
5. There can be some major negative development as regards the relationship with our foreign allies.
6. Communal disturbances, religious extremism will be seen.
7. The regular income from GST, Income taxes, etc will be seen just looking up, but that will not be enough to meet the ends. So, the Govt will maintain the balance by prudent sale of PSUs and borrowings from abroad.

New Moon chart.

The Asc rising is Scorpio at 01.04 degrees. It is lord Mars is in 5^th house and aspected by Saturn, Ketu and Venus. Mars is exalted in Navamsa. The general sentiments will start looking up during this period with few hiccups. The 2^nd house which signifies the treasury, financial indices, etc is occupied by its own lord Jupiter. The 2^nd house is under papa-kartari yoga. Therefore, the financial indices like GDP will still be under pressure. The 3^rd house has Saturn in its own house aspected by Rahu. The negotiations lines with the China will still be on with no major settlement. The support will be there from our foreign allies. There can be some interference from our foreign allies wrt negotiations with China. The 5^th house has Mars, aspected by Saturn, Ketu and Venus. The stock exchanges will see volatility and will test new highs and lows. The 7^th house has Rahu and its lord Venus is debilitated in the 11^th house. There can be some major negative development as regards the relationship with our foreign allies. The lord of 9^th house, Moon is in the Asc and its debilitated and its with Ketu. Therefore, the communal disturbances, religious extremism will be seen. The lord of 11^th house (the significations of regular income like GST, Income taxes, raising of resources from sale of PSUs, etc), Mercury is in the 11^th house and the lord of 12^th house (divestment, borrowings from abroad, etc), Venus is in the 11^th house. Therefore, there is exchange between 11^th and 12^th lords, which means that the regular income from GST, Income taxes, etc will be seen just looking up, but that will not be enough to meet the ends. So, the Govt will maintain the balance by prudent sale of PSUs and borrowings from abroad.    

In the New Moon chart shown above, the Asc rising is Sagittarius. The New moon is occurring in the 11^th house (the significations of regular income like GST, Income taxes, raising of resources from sale of PSUs, etc). The New Moon is aspected by Mars and Saturn. Here gain in this chart, there is seen a pressure on the inflows.
