Conclusion: (for detailed analysis read the full article)

  1. I am not privy to individual birth chart of Himanta Biswa Sarma chart and hence, all my predictions are based on the Oath chart
  2. The main challenge will be to handle the Sarbananda faction within the BJP.
  3. During the period from May 2021 to December 2021 there can be difference of opinion between the CM and his allies (also includes Sarbananda faction).
  4. Then during the period from December 2021 to July 2022 there will be  mismanagement, mis-governance, and there will be conspiracy by the Sarbananda faction/allies. This can be due to communal disturbances due to implementation of CAA/NRC in the State.
  5. During the period July 2022 to June 2023, the Himanta Biswa Sarma government is likely to be toppled by his allies (including Sarbananda faction) along with the help of Opposition parties due to the implementation of CAA/NRC or other communal disturbances.

Analysis

India witnessed State assembly elections in 5 States. All the results were announced on May 2, 2021. In the election that was recently held, BJP got 60 seats, AGP got 9 seats, UPPL got 6 seats. It was the coalition of these three parties under the banner NEDA those formed the government. It is headed by Himanta Biswa Sarma who was appointed as the CM on May 10, 2021 at 12.06 pm Guwahati, Assam. I do not have the birth chart of Himanta Biswa Sarma and hence no comparison will be done with the Oath chart. All the predictions are purely based on Oath chart and future transit of planets.

Let us straight get into the analysis of the Oath taking chart. Himanta Biswa Sarma took oath on May 10, 2021 at 12.06 pm Guwahati, Assam. The chart is given below.

We will have to look the Oath chart from two angles. One from the Muhurta (i.e. Panchanga), and second from the Oath chart of Himanta along with the placement of planets in the Simhasan Chakra and Kota chakra. Lastly taking into account the future transits of yearly planets (like Jupiter, Saturn, Rahu and Ketu) and predict the possible future events.

Panchanga parameters

The Tithi is Krishna Chaturdashi. Moon is within 72 degrees of Sun and hence its not good. When Moon is within 72 degrees of Sun, its considered week. It is known as ksheen Chandra.

The Vaar (weekday) is Monday ruled by Moon. It is a good day chosen. Moon in the chart is in the 9th house in the chart. Moon as per BNN is connected with Sun and Venus.

Nakshatra is Ashwini. Its lord Ketu is place in the 4th house and is strong and exalted.

Yoga is Ayushman which is very auspicious.

Karana is Shakuni.

Now, let us analyse the chart along with the Simhasan chakra and Kota chakra.

The Asc rising is 8.11 degrees of Leo. The Asc is a fixed sign which is also good. In the D9, the Asc rising is Gemini. The Asc lord Sun, is in the 9th house and exalted. In D9, it is in the 6th house. As per BNN, Sun is connected with Venus+Mercury+Rahu+Saturn.  Transit Rahu will begin to afflict the natal Sun the Asc lord from end Dec 2021 to July 2022. During this time, he will face issues such as mismanagement, his own health (subject to his individual chart, which I am not privy to), some conspiracy (Rahu effect) against him by the Sarbananda faction, etc.

Moon is in Ashwini in Aries at 9.13 degrees in the 9th house. As per BNN, Moon is connected with Sun and Venus. Hence it is good placement for Moon. However, transit Rahu will afflict Moon from August 2022 to May 2023. During this period again there can be disturbances from his allies including from the Sarbabanda faction.   In the Simhasan chakra, Ashwini falls in the Aadhar naadi in Ashwapati section. Moon in Aadhar gives only very limited power. Moon is not afflicted by any malefics and as per BNN, also its connected with Sun and Venus. Hence, considered good. Since Saturn the 7th lord of allies (all allies i.e: AGP and UPPL and Sarbananda faction) is connected with Mars as per BNN, there will be difference of opinion and every major decision will have to be taken in consultation with his allies. Saturn is also aspected by Mars. As and when Mars will come to Cancer, Libra and Capricorn there will be differences of opinion with his allies.

As per Kota chakra, the Kota Swami (the person who takes the Oath) is Mars. The Kota pala (the person who guards the fort) is Venus. The Kota swami, Mars is placed in Prakara section. In a Kota chakra there are four section beginning from inner most are Stambha, Madhya, Prakara and Bahya. The Kota Swami should be ideally be in Stambha or Madhya. The Kota pala, Venus is in the Madhya section. Further, the Kota pala instead of being in Bahya has occupied the place Madhya. Hence, the placement of Kota Swami Mars and Kota pala Venus are not good. Further, two malefics Rahu and Ketu are in the Stambha and Sun and Saturn are in the two entry sections. These are not good for the Oath chart. There are more aspects to Kota chakra which I will not like to dwell upon now, like entry and exit of natural/malefic planets through the 8 directions.

Now, let us dwell on the analysis of the chart with respect to future transit of planets.

As of present, from the day when Saturn turns retrograde (from May 23, 2021) it will begin its affliction to natal Mercury (64th Nav lord from Asc/Moon) in the 10th house. During this time, transit Rahu will also afflict natal Mercury. Saturn is the natal 7th lord (signifying his allies, and Sarbananda faction). Hence, during this time, there can be difference of opinion between him and his allies (also includes Sarbananda faction). The affliction to Mercury will be there from May 23, 2021 to August 2021.

Thereafter, transit Rahu and Saturn Rx will afflict Oath chart Venus in Taurus at 7 degrees. The affliction will be from August 2021 to December 2021. Additionally, in November/December 2021 transit Mars will also afflict Oath chart Venus.  During this period there will be mismanagement/mis-governance and he will have to handle his allies smartly.

Thereafter, transit Rahu will afflict Oath chart Sun, the Asc lord in the 9th house, from December 2021 to July 2022. During this period there will be mismanagement, mis-governance, there will be conspiracy by the Sarbananda faction/allies. This can be due to communal disturbances due to implementation of CAA/NRC in the State.

Thereafter, transit Rahu will begin afflicting natal Moon and Asc degree from July 2022 to June 2023. During this same period from July 2022 to January 2023, transit Ketu will afflict Oath chart Mars, lord of 4th and 9th house. During this period from July 2022 to June 2023, the Himanta Biswa Sarma government is likely to be toppled by his allies (including Sarbananda faction) along with the Opposition parties (4th house). The trigger will be due to the implementation of CAA/NRC or other communal disturbances (9th house).

To sum up, during the period from May 2021 to December 2021 there can be difference of opinion between the CM and his allies (also includes Sarbananda faction). Then during the period from December 2021 to July 2022 mismanagement, mis-governance, and there will be conspiracy by the Sarbananda faction/allies. This can be due to communal disturbances due to implementation of CAA/NRC in the State. During the period July 2022 to June 2023, the Himanta Biswa Sarma government is likely to be toppled by his allies (including Sarbananda faction) along with the Opposition parties due to the implementation of CAA/NRC or other communal disturbances.
