Conclusion (For detailed astrological analysis read the analysis section):
There will be challenges in handling finances, but can be managed effectively. The State will resort to additional borrowings.
Will have persistent disputes with the neighboring states (like Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Pakistan). There will also be threat from cross-border terrorism from Pakistan.
CM will face challenges from nearby States. We all know that stubble burning from these States is a big issue in winter which adds to pollution. There will be conspiracy by the farmers of Punjab (who may not be supporters of AAP) who may burn the stubble which creates pollution in Delhi.
There will be challenges regarding implementation of new education policies. The challenges will come in terms of appointment of teachers, getting finances for construction of new schools, etc. In short, the promises made by AAP in this education sector will fall short of expectations.
There can be few AAP MLAs who can create problems within for not getting ministerial berths. This is possible till Sept 2022.
Problems from the farmers on the MSP issues and the farmer’s protests can resurface again. This will be for a period of 1.5 years till September 2023. The Opposition can instigate the farmers in raising their demands. This will be a big challenge for the party in terms of its governance.
There will be challenges for the Government in creation of employment, handling the borrowings, education policies, communal and religious disturbances, etc. will be on target by the opposition. This will be from November 2023 for a period of 18 months.
There will be problems with respect Governance as regards the cross-border terrorism and from neighbouring states. Some top leaders/officials will face health issues/expire. There can be some changes in the portfolios of the MLAs. These will be from the period September 2023 to March 2024.
Analysis: Major elections in all the 5 States are now over. Now it is all time to take oath by the new incumbent CMs. AAP won with resounding seats in the State of Punjab who got 92 seats out of 117 seats. Bhagwant Mann took oath on March 16, 2022 at 1.25 pm at Khatkar Kalan. The chart is given below;
The Asc rising is Gemini at 26.52 degrees. The Asc lord Mercury is placed in the 9th house along with Jupiter and the Jupiter is also giving its aspect on the Asc. This is an excellent placement giving strength to the Asc as well as the Asc lord. The oath was taken on Shukla tryodashi day and hence the rashis Taurus and Leo have become burnt (daghda). Rahu is placed in Taurus and Moon is placed in Leo. Moon is the 2nd lord (signifying finance and treasury) and it is placed in the sign Leo. It is however aspected by benefic Jupiter. There will be challenges in handling finances, but can be managed effectively as Moon is aspected by Jupiter from the sign Aquarius, the 9th house. Moon is placed in the star of Ketu which is placed in the 6th house. So, the State will resort to additional borrowings. Moon is placed in the 3rd house (neighbouring states, like Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Pakistan) and since its lord Ketu is placed in the 6th house (disputes), it will give persistent disputes with the neighbouring states. There will also be threat from cross-border terrorism from Pakistan. Rahu is placed in the star of krittika, lorded by Sun, who is placed in the 10th house (governance). Being lord of 3rd house (neighbouring states), the CM will face challenges from nearby States. We all know that stubble burning from these States is a big issue in winter which adds to pollution. There will be conspiracy by the farmers of Punjab (who may not be supporters of AAP) who may burn the stubble which will create pollution in Delhi. The 10th house (government and governance) lord Jupiter is placed in the 9th house along with Asc lord Mercury. So, Governance will not at all be an issue.
The lord of the 5th house (signifying education) Venus is in the 8th house in papa-kartari yoga between Saturn and Mars in Capricorn. There will be challenges regarding implementation of new education policies. The challenges will come in terms of appointment of teachers, getting finances for construction of new schools, etc. In short, the promises made by AAP in this education sector will fall short of expectations.
Transit Ketu is transiting in the star of Jupiter, which is placed in the 9th house, being lord of 7th and 10th houses. There can be few AAP MLAs who can create problems within for not getting ministerial berths. This is possible till Sept 2022.
Later, when transit Ketu moves to sign Libra, it can create problems from the farmers on the MSP issues and the farmer’s protests can resurface again. This will be for a period of 1.5 years till September 2023. The Opposition can instigate the farmers in raising their demands. This will be a big challenge for the party in terms of its governance.
The transit Ketu into the sign Virgo in November 2023 for 18 months, will be testing time for the State. The transit Ketu will aspect the natal planets placed in the sign Capricorn (namely, Mars, Venus and Saturn). There will be challenges for the Government in creation of employment, handling the borrowings, education policies, communal and religious disturbances, etc. will be on target by the opposition. The transit Rahu which is in Taurus will move to the sign Aries and it will then begin afflicting the natal Sun in the 10th house at 1.32 degrees in the sign Pisces. Sun is the lord of the 3rd house (signifying neighbouring State and Pakistan). So, there will be problems with respect Governance as regards the cross-border terrorism and from neighbouring states. This will be from the period September 2023 to March 2024. Also, Sun in the 10th house signifies top leaders and officials of the State. So, some leaders/officials will face health issues/expire. There can be some changes in the portfolios of the MLAs.
In the Simhasan chakra, Moon is placed in the lowest “Aadhar” patta, signifying that he cannot take any decision on his own. He will be visiting Delhi often to take directions from Arvind Kejriwal. Delhi will oversee the functions of the Punjab CM. This can create problems between the Bhagwant Mann and Arvind Kejriwal. This can also affect the morale of the MLAs. However, aspect of Jupiter and Mercury on Moon will tone down these negatives.
The placement of Saturn is also very important in the above chart. Saturn is placed in the 8th house and it is afflicting the Sun in the 10th house. This is not at all good. There will be challenges in governance and few AAP MLAs can create problems for the CM. The poll promises made by the party will also fall short of expectations.
In the Kota chakra, the Kota Swami is Sun and its placed in the Durgantara. The Kota pala is Saturn and it is placed in the Bahya. Both these placements are good. I have not dealt with planets in Exit and Entry modes as the article will be big. Also, since there is enough majority for the party, the role of Kota chakra is limited.
