I am writing this article after a long gap. I had written two articles. One of them was on Uttar Pradesh elections and the other was on Punjab elections. As regards, Punjab elections every astrologer predicted clean sweep for AAP. I was the only astrologer who said Congress will top. Later when the results came out, many AAP volunteers called me and said we never expected it. As regards, Uttar Pradesh, I had clearly predicted that BJP will be party who will get maximum seats and said they may not get majority. Here the prediction came true partially. But BJP finally got 325 seats out 403. For these two predictions you can visit my website.

Now let us study the oath taking chart of Yogi Adityanath and see what is in store for him and also for the State. The following is the Oath taking chart.

Panchanga Parameters
Let us first study first.
The Tithi was Krishna Saptami. In this tithi, the sign Cancer and Sagittarius get Daghda or burnt. So any planets in these signs do not give optimum results. The sign rising is Cancer and sign Sagittarius has Saturn.

The day is Sunday. It is ruled by the Sun. The Sun is placed in the 9th house along with Venus and Mercury. In the Navamsa, Sun is in its own house. In the Dasamsa, the Sun is in the 6th house in Sagittarius. So Sun by overall is well placed.

Nakshatra is Jyeshta. Its lord is Mercury, which is placed in the 9th house in Pieces. It is debilitated but attains neechabanga by the aspect of Jupiter.
Yoga is Siddhi yoga, which is also good.

Karana is Vishti. Vishti Karana is not considered fortunate. This Karana cast its negative nature about the person due to which the native might have a distrustful character. They may involve in immoral deeds. Vishti Karan is also known as ‘Bhadrā’ Karan, and is avoided in all auspicious activities.

The sign rising is a cardinal/chara. For auspicious activities of long standing the cardinal sign is not good. Instead a fixed sign should have been chosen.

Overall the panchanga parameters looks good barring a few.

Analysis of the Oath taking chart
Analysis of D1/D9/D10

The Ascendant/Lagna rising is Cancer. Its lord Moon is in Scorpio and hence debilitated. However, it attains neechabhanga due to aspect of its dispositor Mars from own sign Aries. The 10th lord Mars is in Aries in the nakshatra of Ashwini lorded by Ketu. This Mars gives its aspect to Lagna. The nakshatra lord Ketu is in the 8th house. So all his decisions will be aggressive and he can land into controversies as the 10th lord Mars is in the star of Ketu in the 8th house. The 10th lord Mars in the navamsa is in debilitation, but attains neechabanga due to the aspect of its dispositor Moon. So overall the chart looks average due to the neechabanga. In the case of neechabanga the neechatva gets bhanga during the period of antara of the planet which creates bhanga. However, the planet will certainly show its neechatwa during its period.

Simhasan Chakra
Simhasan

Moon is important as it forms the part of muhurta. Strong Moon is essential for choosing a good muhurta and ensures longevity of the government. It should not be afflicted any way or conjunct with malefics. In the oath taking chart, Moon is in Jyeshta nakshatra and it is in the “Aadhaar” section. This is least powerful. The person will not have any authority and he will be guided by his Deputy or Senior. It falls in “Narapati” section, which denotes animal instinct. Moreover, Moon should not be afflicted by any malefic. Here Moon is aspected by malefic Mars (which by itself is weak by being in the star of Ketu).

Kota Chakra
Kota Chakra

As per the parameters of Kota chakra calculations, the Kota Swami is Mars. It is in Ashwini nakshatra and it falls in “Durgantara”. So it is good. The kota swami is representative of the Chief Minister.

The Kota Pala (the guard) is Moon. It is rightly placed outside the fort. So, the Kota chakra is fortified and it reiterates the powerful Yogi. The aspect of Mar on the lagna as mentioned above shows that he will take extempore decisions and land into controversies. The Kota chakra is fortified.

The reduced Vimshottari dasa for next 5 years are as follows;

Vimsottari Dasa:

Merc: 2017-01-03 – 2017-09-20
Ket: 2017-09-20 – 2018-01-03
Ven: 2018-01-03 – 2018-11-05
Sun: 2018-11-05 – 2019-02-02
Moon: 2019-02-02 – 2019-07-05
Mars: 2019-07-05 – 2019-10-21
Rah: 2019-10-21 – 2020-07-20
Jup: 2020-07-20 – 2021-03-18
Sat: 2021-03-18 – 2022-01-03

The period of Mercury till September 2017 will be very challenging and communal issues will crop up as it is aspected by retrograde Jupiter.

The period of Ketu in the 8th house during September 2017 to January 2018 will land him into various controversies.

The period of Venus (retrograde) from January 2018 to November 2018 will again land him into trouble with respect to communal issues as Venus is in the 9th house and aspected by retrograde Jupiter.

The Period of Sun will be better from November 2018 to February 2019.

The period of Moon which is in debilitation from February 2019 to July 2019 will see his health an issue and he will land into major controversies or scandals. Moon in Scorpio, the natural 8th house shows secret activities. There could be change of guard during this period.

The period of Mars July 2019 to October 2019 will also see him land into controversies as Mars is in the star of Ketu in the 8th house. There could be change of guard during this period.

If he surpasses the above two periods, then he will complete his term fully.

Conclusion:
1. As per the above parameters in Simhasan chakra, he will be have no authority and be dictated by his deputees/Seniors..
2. He will be of a dictatorial attitude, since aggressive planet Mars aspects the Lagna. He will take all the decisions by himself and not like anyone’s interference, due to which he may face backlash from his own people.
3. The periods as mentioned above should be watched for, especially period of Moon and Mars as mentioned above. If he surpasses the period of Moon and Mars, then he will complete the full term or else he is likely to be replaced.
