AAP has filed its suit in the Supreme Court for conducting fresh elections in Delhi. The hearing is scheduled today i.e: on 30th October, 2014.

In any prashna (though this is not a pure prashna from the querist), from the astrology point of view, the Lagna is taken as the Plaintiff (here I am referring to AAP), the 4th house as Judgement, 7th house as Opponent (LG, BJP and Centre) and 10th house as Judiciary.

As per my analysis, if the judgement is given between 15:02 to 15:30 then the SC will order for fresh polls are else the case will be adjourned or give more time to LG to decide on the government formation.

Now, I will take the chart of 30th October, 2014 beginning from 15:0 for Delhi and see the analysis.

I have given below the basic chart for 15:02 IST at Delhi for 30th October, 2014.

What is likely the judgment if it is delivered between 15.02 pm to 15.30 pm

The lagna rising is Aquarius, a Shirsodaya sign. The lagna is in the star of Jupiter in the 6th house (loss to Opponent being 12th to 7th) and lord of 2 and 11. The lagna lord is exalted in the 9th house (luck). The Lagna lord Saturn is conjunct Venus (lord of 4th house, which denotes Judgement). Lord of 4th house is in Ithasala with lagna lord Saturn, denoting that judgement will favour the plaintiff. The Mars lord of 10th (Judiciary) is also in Ithasala with lagna lord Saturn. Lord of 2 and 11, Jupiter is also in ithasala with lagna lord Saturn. The 10th lord Mars is in the 11th house of gains. The lord of 9th house Venus is in conjunction with Lagna lord Saturn forming fine raja yoga. Lord of lagna Saturn is in conjunction with the lord of 7th (Opponent), the Sun. Since, the 7th lord is in debilitation, the Opponent is going to get dejected with the judgement.

Conclusion:

If the judgement is delivered between 15:02 to 15:30 then the SC will order for fresh polls are else the case will be adjourned or give more time to LG to decide on the government formation.
